Our Winchester Tradition surpasses all other gun safes with quality craftsmanship, security and fire protection. This top-of-the-line safe not only carries the superior Omega Point Laboratories 1550° F Fire Resistant Safe label, it carries the Underwriters Laboratories Gun Safe label, as well.
Each Winchester Tradition safe features a 1-inch thick door containing a Sargent & Greenleaf Group II lock with an internal relocking mechanism. An auxiliary relocker activates when forced entry is attempted. A 3-spoke handle controls up to 14 active 1 1/4-inch diameter steel bolts, ensuring a solid lockup on all four sides of the door. For additional security, a vertical interlock bar has been installed to act like a permanent deadbolt.
Our exclusive Autolock™ feature keeps bolts retracted while the safe door remains open and automatically extends the bolts when the door is closed. By adding our optional S & G electronic lock, the safe automatically locks when the door is closed.
In every Tradition model, the 3/16-inch continuously welded steel walls are packed with two layers of 5/8-inch drywall for fire-resistant insulation. Combined with the tight fit of the laser-cut door, they provide superior fire resistance.
With its stylish finish and beautiful 18K gold plated combination lock, dial and door handle, the Tradition is the most elegant safe in the industry. It's available in our exclusive GemCoat™ finish with a fully lined premium velour interior.
